How To Remove Salomon Helmet

Mira and Martin report open to the lesson in elementary school for

scenes of the performance

On 8 February 2010 ushered in the "adventure diversity" group, 16 children aged between 7 and 11 years into acting and made her first experience as a youth or game manager.

Megan's report
Friday, the 8th February, is a special day was. The first and hopefully not the last time we visited the elementary school on Long ditch, introduce them to the our project.

the beginning, we have a little show shown with our creativity exercises. We then asked the children to "play" with us. What can I say? It was just surprising how much enthusiasm and interest they have shown, moreover, they have also taught us a lot: how much creativity and imagination, the children, how quickly they learn and how it without embarrassment performed by each role.

In a game in which a newspaper should transform into something else, they have a ball, a blanket, a steering wheel and a thousand other ideas conjured up from the newspaper that I could not imagine. And who better the "pantomime" in which we should have fun with faces the audience, as a child?

For us, of course, the role reversal, untaught by the teachers, have been strange: no longer to play themselves, but someone else something to teach. Very interesting were the differences between our behavior and that of the children at the games: we can take more serious roles as adults, collect more details and concentrate better. It must be said, however, that the little ones imagination and spontaneity have proved what we adults have already been lost.

We have children in the day something learned and were able to learn from them.

Miras report
all day Monday I was pretty excited. When we (! Seven game leaders) at last arrived in the gymnasium of the elementary school on Long ditch, I was totally amazed at how many children were there: there were about twenty children. I had expected perhaps ten or twelve children. Now I was more excited.
We had our little performance. It was very interesting, because the children incoming completely different audience than the adults. The children laughed louder. They laughed at other locations such as in the game with the newspaper, which is transformed into different objects.
When we started with the exercises and games have, I was not this excited. At the games has always been one led by us and the others have been playing mixed with the children and participated.
Then it was my turn, I was very nervous, but thankfully my voice was quiet and my head clear. The explanation went well. My practice was actually a bit hard, but I think the kids have done very well still useable The exercise is called "Sound Ball". You throw to an invisible ball of the first person a noise, size and gets a weight. The person who catches the ball, takes him up with the same characteristics, then it changes the properties and throws the ball to the next person. For the children devising and sharing of the noise was very serious. Accepting the ball and the change in the size they have done well.
It was a great experience because I so had the opportunity to try out myself as a game manager. And in the end I still get some tips. It also gave me a lot of fun.

How To Do The Dots On List

New! A Conversation with Tara and Martina

Martin and Tara

The Theater Project Adventure diversity "is composed of a diverse mix of participants. We Tara Merkelbach and Martina Boatti.

Tara Merkelbach is 15 years old and lives in Mainhardt. She plays harp, sings in the choir and loves to read "everything" - just a thriller by Donna Leon. Tara laugh when she tells as it appears as a small child and a friend thought up pieces for fun and before their "poor parents" performed. In sixth grade she was in a "Dracula play" with, it was one of many vampires. Since last year, she is in her high school theater group.

The 18-year-old Martina Boatti comes from Alessandria, Italy. The exchange student lives for one school year in Künzelsau. You hear a lot of rock music, "such B. Led Zeppelin, Guns & Roses, Queen, Red Hot Chili Pepper "and enjoys going to the concert. For fun, she plays guitar. She is also keen on sports and plays volleyball, basketball and rugby.

experiences with diversity
Tara define diversity as openness to new experiences and the willingness of new know many people. Her family has enriched her young life already with many experiences with diversity. She is half-Greek, was born in Switzerland and spent her first four years of life between Switzerland, Germany and America. In Germany alone, she moved with her family as early as seven times. In addition to Roma were with her other "host sisters" from France and India at home. The experience and time with them, she found rewarding and funny, especially to learn how they grew up and see how they experience the German school. "They were even open, and their willingness to try something new made it easy for me to do something with them. There was a mutual effort. "Sure," Tara admits a "after a time, especially if you are very close together, there are moments where it is annoying and exhausting, but it passes quickly." Through their many moves she has learned to deal better with diversity, as it always opens with an alien or "the New" was.

for Martin, diversity is the willingness to "try something new to look for something new." Their current experience as an exchange student is a "really big adventure" in diversity ". This is something different as a holiday This is a school year in another country, with a host family in a German school." She is an only child and her seven-member family now she is learning as it is, many (guest) to have siblings, share her things and her time with them. Because they start their stay is not good German language, they were often excluded or passive in discussions. Her it was important to understand what it was and to express their opinions- German so she studied diligently and asking questions. This experience has made her realize that "one needs the other, you can not do everything alone. As a foreigner you have to trust the people accept it-is-dependent and have to say what the other". Despite this challenge she finds it very important to make such an experience and to gain new skills and friends.

saw the theater project adventure diversity
Tara a poster on the theater project "adventure diversity" in a cinema and Haller decided to participate. She came on the first day and found it's funny, the fun they drove to stay with it. Your enthusiasm about the project also convinced their former host sister Roma from El Salvador and her friend Jula to join.

"I have never done such a thing," says Martina. Through the exchange organization AFS Intercultural she met Kamila. Kamila told her about the theater project and came up with Martina because she wanted to try something new and thought it might help her to better express. She was also curious, "I wanted to know if I have a creative side." Although she writes for her school newspaper, and sometimes Italian short stories but not designated as "art".

Tara finds the theater project and the group great. She found the exercises great, getting to know how to practice better to get different things-for example, the concentration and to suppress the laughter. It tells of an exercise to set up in a funny and strange as possible grimace them in order to "pass". From each imitating one should not laugh, of course. "I really had a lot of fun and hope that our group meets to continue this project."

The theater project Martina is great because it encourages creativity. She finds it great to know different characters, imitate, and analyze. Particularly interesting was the exercise where they had to express with your body, the four elements water, wind, fire and earth. She is very satisfied with their experience in project "One learns more than just a piece to play. You learn to improvise, with the body to express something." Martina likes the theater games and improvisation. She wants to work in Italy to continue if possible, so to focus on their creativity.

The idea received much praise and interest

After a short time, eight players aged between 14 and 20 years on stage, they come from Schwäbisch Hall, from Gaildorf, Poland and Italy. The room lights go out and theatrical lighting begins the performance.
pairs mirror slowly standing up, then they imitate each other silently across the room: jumping to his knees, slowly with hands held high and fast in small steps. Their voices resound: "Welcome" and "This should be the theater?" The imitations are now accompanied with sounds. One scene turns into the next. "Well, I do not too weird," a young lady on the stage begins with strange movements and sounds, by degrees, the other close to make up all on the stage a confused "machine" of sound and movement. The machine is faster, louder and falls apart- in four vertical and four horizontal figures. Music begins, at the same rate to move the figures. Then the couples are dancing again, and they revolve around each other until a performer discovered a newspaper and begins to read it. "It's not a newspaper" countered another, after a pat on the move transform and performer in the newspaper: a baby, a washcloth, a delicious ice cream, a baseball bat. When she was a handball, all scream "Here, here, here". Then it is quiet again.
