Subject: Re ^ 15: Status message "Bitter is ..."
ER
Good evening, dear, CF,
slow I like your thought-provoking more and more ... ;-) I would be the quote of George's good to add a word: "Bitter is to be loved, while you do not love themselves more." For love is not to say, but actually not that bad, right? Unfortunately for the others. But if the other person is, the sooner you yourself loved, it can be very painful for inflicting such pain to others. (And it will not surprise you that I speak from experience ...) Or how you see the bitterness in love? Ask your warm
aba
YOU
Yes, my dear Mr. B.
I'm glad it was for reactions in such a short time can be triggered ... * * Schmunzel
well, we all have experience .... in this direction more or less .... the idea with the injected "more" like it very much ... Oh, what does your status message?
:-) have a nice evening! Christine
ER
Thanks, I was indeed a wonderful evening - I am always glad when the art can sometimes wear tuxedo :-) My status message means that I have just moved in these days of the Spree to Stuttgart - where I know that "Hello" can be used both in greeting and for adoption. But I certainly plan to stay a while here ... And what do You know? ;-) I wish you many sunny thoughts unsommerliche against the weather! LG Armin

Grüßle
ER

cold hands, cold feet ....
all day quack quack quack
and afraid of the stork ..
:-))) Have fun today, Christine
ER
* Oh, * she smiles again, how beautiful :-))))) The Frog comparison is nice - and could give rise to more questions ... ;-) The thing with the mind by the way even a sequel. If people then have departed this life and come to heaven or hell, their brains are so well known, re-used. The brains of women, while much higher traded, and sold more expensive than the of the men - the men are so used ... :-) And now hush hush to work!
your aba
YOU

ER
Somehow I do not think that it you * really * mind if a man is a bit cheeky ...
YOU
Tsssssss kopfschüttel * * that men differ in their assessments but always ruthlessly waste * grins widely * beautiful day today
ER
Well, horrible, not the other hand:? If one knew more what to expect, life would be boring ... But if I now introduce you * grins broadly *- face then ...
Sunny greetings! your aba
YOU
Caution! Otherwise the idea by also with you! :-))) * Laugh *
ER
What idea, then, dear lady? * Smile * And why is "too "...? * More * smile * And above all: Why "Caution"?? Asks the knight in shining armor
YOU
Stierchen may also refer to the horns! and * to do all teeth showing smiles again * gives nothing in your department? :-) - - - I have a quiet day so far :-)

:-) Today I'm actually tiefprovinziellen in Offenbach, but I will now go back tonight in Stuttgart ... (I will take you ;-)))) way, I can not resist * * frechblondblinzelndblauen eye looks perfectly (if I want ...) - but to ask you something serious :-)
YOU
Dear Mr. B, Now I dare not ask me ....... was on your profile ...... You're a hack with honors:-o-you would ask for an opinion on a short newsletter design ...... now I'd rather not do that, or you'll rip me everything and I am then Genier terrible ....... :-(((( If you like to "every wedding dance" and is always involved as a "jack of all trades", that is no doubt ....??? In detail hm * Groan * * * Schmunzel
ER

Difference Between Sdc& Mmc
Mini-Fastnet
"Ok, prepare for a tack" call me to order Simon to announce the next turn. I climb on deck, balance our equipment on the other side and fasten them there again. Seven canisters with ten liters of water, a bag with anchor and anchor chain, the survival pack with the safety equipment required for the distress situation, the food, first aid container, the tool, the sails. Everything serves as a ballast to the boat with as much pressure in the sails and ride a little heel. "Power up the boat," Simon called that and it's quite hard work. The good speed we reached it, proved him right. Simon McGoldrick is Australian and my co-skipper in the Mini-Fastnet, one of the most prestigious races of the Classe Mini with a good 70 boats with large starting field and high power density. It is in a team sailed out of Douarnenez on the southwestern tip of England, then across the Irish Sea to the Fastnet Rock off Ireland and back to Douarnenez, a total of 600 nautical miles. Simon has participated in the 2009 Minitransat on a Pogo2, exactly the same type of boat as RIKKI tikki. From him I can learn a lot.
on the cross from the Bay of Douarnenez, we are far out front and head for the Chenal du Four, a narrow lake road between the Ile de Ouessant at the far western end of Brittany and the mainland. The field is still close together when we reach them in the evening. The entrance leads into the English Channel, which kept us there, next to the high volume of traffic of large ships are Jean-Jacques - From organizing Winchesclub for weather forecasts in charge of the regatta - the morning briefing at the conclusion with a straight face again described in detail. The weather data had hinted in recent days, more and more to this scenario: light to moderate winds for the entire race - only Monday. Would be difficult, strong wind with 28 to 32 knots (50 to 60 km / h) from the northwest. Also, a launch delay was considered, but ultimately rejected because of the additional weather development for the following days were then. Highly motivated, but also with mixed feelings we control for slowly increasing wind strength in the twilight on the Ile de Ouessant by the North.
I am torn rudely from the anchor bag and a canister of water from sleep. I would lie directly below the equipment, my body also serves as ballast on the upper side of the boat. A fifty centimeters wide strap made of linen keeps my upper body in a stable position, the legs are wedged between sailing. When severe pounding in the waves, both objects removed from its mounting and landed on me. Cursing, I brace them back into the appropriate position. The sea is restless in the English Channel, the North Atlantic proof comes in a long swell, which then, depending on the direction of tidal flow or leveling off and build further with additional the wind wave superimposed. Waves from three different directions meet, add up to sharp, steep mountains of water, which are reflected partly in the upper part already. We reduced sail area considerably. With a total of five reefs - three in the mainsail, two in Genoa - is RIKKI Tikki fighting to the northwest. It runs so stable, and when they shoot up one of the very high waves, it stands for a moment half in the air before crashing into the trough. It shakes the whole rig and one wonders what the material can withstand anything. Or has it really like? On radio you could hear all kinds of tasks, including a broken mast was in the process the carbon mast of the 747th Protos But the Pogo2 has proven over the years in difficult circumstances and is not nearly as built at the limit as the latest generation of prototypes. The boats are at other events have been 40 knots wind, and have survived well. In addition, Simons face is serious, but not worried, in his experience, his sentence for me a good reference point for the assessment of the situation. I reject my concerns then, I would be traveling alone, I would see the things differently.
The storm with wind force 7 with us throughout the entire English Channel. A whole night and a full day more below than above water. Almost every wave washed over the boat, and everything inside is wet. Water occurs in small quantities by the emergency exit hatch in the rear, through some of the glands, by the seals of the windows. Sometimes we come across a competitor that builds confidence. We are on the right track, the material holds the status and conditions of our position is in order. When we reached Monday evening at Wolf Rock off the coast of Cornwall, we have weathered the worst, now you can enjoy sailing back. The Irish Sea is presented on the following day in bright sunshine as the Mediterranean, the reefs are slowly disappearing from the sails. For the first time in two days I have dry hands.
The strains are forgotten as RIKKI tikki on South course races back in the direction of Douarnenez. The display of the speedometer climbs slowly to about twelve knots, the water shoots with a comforting noise, the ship's side along the top and in a high, wide arc to the outside, while the boat is surfing down a wave under spinnaker. In permanent planing and with only a few changes between the different cut gennakers we take a bow east of the direct course line in order for the rotating northeast wind to always keep the optimum speed. It only takes a day and a half from the Fastnet Rock to the front bay of Douarnenez. The circumnavigation of Fastnet Rock, the turning point in Ireland's south coast, was tantamount to a redemption, the way there, against the prevailing wind direction as a long mountain rise, which would finally follow the rapid departure. We had reached him at night in striking distance of Amaury Francois, the current leader of the ranking of the Classe Mini, - a clear indication of a good position. The lull after Fastnet had let move up the field again closely - some competitors were already sailed after 300 miles still within reach - but with the onset of the North Wind was the original distance quickly restored.
the afternoon of the fifth Race Day will be announced by radio the finish of the first production boat. Xavier Macaire and Yves Ravot have the route completed in record time, between them and the second-place are more than six hours. As we enter already announced in the dark in the Bay of Douarnenez more boats on the approach to the finish line, we are not far behind some of the best mini sailors. In the morning at four, four and a half days, we go through the finish in seventh. Also at this time we are greeted warmly at the port, in the clubhouse there is even a hot meal, which I greedily devour before I fall into a short, exhausted sleep.

Trophee Marie Agnes Peron
The water boils at La Plate lighthouse that marks the passage between the Raz du Seine Ile de Seine and the Cape Pointe du Raz. I'm late. While I control RIKKI Tikki by the hair-raising power and wind wave I see in the background, the picturesque Bay of Trepasses. Looking out to sea from the beach there, the sight is similar picturesque, nothing suggests the one hand the difficult conditions of the passage. Besides the name, perhaps, Trepasses means "the deceased". The tidal flow in the Raz du Seine reached about the average speed of my boat and one hour prior to my arrival tilted in the opposite direction. I just come by and is now two and a half hours before the wind on the waves to surf my destination. I'm on the way to the start of Douarnenez Trophée Marie-Agnes Peron, a 200-mile solo race. Here again I'm late. Strong winds and high waves had forced me into the night before an unplanned stop in Concarneau, now it will be close to the deadline for the extensive security checks, it is unclear whether I can run at all. The preparations I need to essential limit, I'm actually already before the launch at the end.
bending Two days later I was in the opposite direction in the strait, the price of the Trophée lead twice through the Raz du Seine. Somehow came on the eve of the moment also the last major problem was solved. "No more excuses" Dan had said of Mini 312th Now I look at the sad picture presented itself to me. With changing light winds only three boats the way have made it here in time to be pushed by the tides still flow through the Raz. The bulk of the fleet is scattered to the north-west. Some have committed all available lines to each other and threw the anchor, it looks like from the other as if they would drive off. There is no danger that drives a water from the passage out and you can have a fresh start. A few hours later. As everyone probably others before me I try to following the flow Atlas only possible way: around the first ledge, a sheet by the Baie de Trepasses, where the current is very small, and then close approach to the rock to the lighthouse, at the last possible moment enter into the flow and hope that the wind is enough to get past. Will I make the passage, I have a very good position in the upper middle. But the wind calms down again, I also get stuck, break off in time to try the boat immediately to maneuver in the bay back to await a good opportunity for a fresh start. After twenty minutes I manage that and only a short time later he is there, the necessary wind. Hectic all at the same time pull the spinnaker or raise the anchor, about a half hour it takes to get out of the worst is out, a stone's throw away.
The Night and the following day are characterized by rotating and light winds. And my part of the sequence wrong tactical decisions. In the darkness, even some boats had come up from behind to recognize only the faster migrating position lights. The reason for the difference in speed is a missed necessary Sail changes. It reveals itself to me until dawn between the Iles des Glénans and the Ile de Groix from Lorient as competitors to recognize them are. It is really much more difficult at night to the changing conditions to react appropriately. As a result, I try to wind line to line in wind direction Ile de Groix shimmy and myself more and more closer to the mainland. There, I hope a bit of thermals, which compensates for the slightly longer route, I take it on me. A supposed lesson from the previous Pornichet-Select-regatta. But even here, the tidal currents play a significant role, like on the first mile in the bay of Douarnenez. Although they do not Wind seem to have pull, some boats in the distance past me.
south of the Ile de Groix the wind freshened for the last few miles to the south marks the route on again, allowing for an hour that for which the class of boat is actually done: fast glide under spinnaker. When I arrive at the turning point north of Belle Isle, it's late afternoon and I almost last. The award ceremony is scheduled for next week, it already seems impossible so far to be back in port. The wind has turned, and the weather forecast predicts about twenty-four hours to sail against the wind. This goes to the substance, physically and mentally. I'm frustrated. The continued French chattering on the FM radio makes me almost mad. Hardly a slot to itself to spark again. The race committee has spread some news I did not understand, and I would like to ask in English again. Fragmented I understand how exchange instead Fischer recipes and talk about their wives. Moreover, one has the feeling that some French participants to rate their tactics with each other. I turn on the autopilot and set my alarm sleep for forty minutes. A convenient value for the sleep stages. Twenty-four hours later
am I again just before the lighthouse La Plate. This time I'm too early, the tidal current is always still directed against me, but the wind is enough to bring me as usual by the restless waves. In the Bay of Audierne I had delivered once again a small battle with Tolga Pamir. And lost. Two apples and a banana all day were more than enough to bring energy and mental clarity for it. As I surf the last second last about two hours, the waves towards Douarnenez down. Until about ten knots, the speedometer sometimes displays and slightly offset the hardships of the past two days. When I put in the port, I can already hear the speeches for the awards ceremony. The crowds there are cider for a toast, after two sips I'm quite drunk.

What do we do? - Youth attendants report
The project learning adventure Diversity and young people experience between 14 and 19 as they can pass on a positive approach to diversity through theater improvisation and theater games.
obtained with this cross-cultural and manual competence have been working four graduates of the project "adventure diversity" in two local schools with children's groups .
youth attendants Jula and Tomczak Kamila Zareba report:
On 26 April, we began our adventure with the youth accompanied with children from primary school Langer Graben in Schwäbisch Hall. We both attended the course "adventure diversity" and set ourselves a goal: we wanted to be young companions, used to share our knowledge and skills. And we do now!
Every Monday from 15.00 bis 16.30 Clock Clock we derive a group of 12 children, five girls and seven boys. Our students are between 10-12 years old and live in the district of Schwäbisch Hall. What do we do? This is not easy to describe. Certainly we do not a theater in the traditional sense. With different exercises that are connected to the theater, we want to allow children to experience something new and different than everyday life. We make games that they enjoy themselves and can contribute with all their energy, while having fun. Fun to be compulsory - even if the exercises sometimes stressful and in the opinion of the children even boring. However, everything we do, has its purpose and its function.
Above all, we are preparing exercises that can also enhance creativity, imagination, concentration and tolerance of children. As for the group: this is a great and interesting group. Each of them is very talented and brings his skills successfully in our program! The children have many exciting ideas and especially the desire to try everything! With each meeting, they are making progress - we are eager to see where we arrive at the end .
For us it is also important that the group can form a good community in which they treat each other with understanding and tolerant and accept each other. Our goal is to explore diversity in this group. The children have different interests and are of all ages. Even though each of them characterized by something else and something else brings, the mother tongue may not be the same and the home of each other cultures is shaped, they have much in common. There they join school, friendship, and even similar Problems. It is a friend and an adventure to watch them and learn by watching, discover new things about them and support them in their development.
We have tried many different exercises and find out what is better for your children best and where they have both fun and development opportunity. Our children may not, for example concentration exercises but games in which they can express themselves, such as the "game faces".
intend in the next few hours we practice, they already know, expand and new exercises that they can acquire new skills to implement. We are planning a demonstration at the end of the course for the parents and are already looking forward to the presentation of "our" children.

Marshmallow Gun/wallmart
The slow awakening Absurdistan
people, where do we stand?
your still asleep, or slow you already realized what's going on here?
I wanted to give up the blog already, because those who know what awaits us all, had long been to do with the protection and not those who have heard the bang just to be wasting his time for this just like that?
Well, is a little more time. But no one knows how long!
GAR NIX!
Begin finally to analyze your personal situation and move your lazy meat!
If one looks at the political stage, it is not difficult to interpret what is happening now! Here in the realms of the absurd has already left the sinking ship, knowing the rats started! Yes I speak of the assigned politicians, because anyone who thinks there is still the only play ne roll sensibilities, which will remain quietly in this matrix .
There is now again a meeting of the powerful Absurdias in Spain and this does not last as the years been only 3 days but ne full week! what does this logic?
The issues that were decided out of hand and it is advised to initiate the action against the people in order to keep control continue!
I always get more, get the people around me so slow a degree of panic because they do not understand what's going on. Only panic is a bad adviser. It is important to remain calm, to gather strength and to take precautions in case of shortage of supply and the related reactions of the people.
The crisis is not over, it still has not even started properly!
Now it is up to each individual whether he might even end up benefiting them, or wants to join the mass syndrome. This decision, anyone who is in reasonably sound mind even make for themselves, those who simply run after other decisions to be holding quite succinctly go the way in which they are hineinmanipuliert .........
just makes you think that the basic needs of each secured long-term, which are:
Backup Internet Flatrate
backup of the latest flat screen TV
backup of the latest mobile phones
backup of the image subscriptions
or was it:
securing drink, food, warmth and shelter
?
Achwas all bullshit! ;-)
It's a holiday and there is still spinning a little to be allowed. or?
wishes even more sweet dreams and do not panic when a rude awakening, there was then all a bad dream .......
