premiere of "Arsenic and Old Lace" on Wednesday, 29. September 2010
Jula Tomczak is nervous. Tomorrow she has her first performance with the theater group of the middle stage of the Erasmus Widmann Gymnasium. She plays Jonathan Brewster in "Arsenic and Old Lace " , the famous play by Joseph Kesselring.
Rehearsals and preparations for this performance at the University Centre West began already last year. Jula was already in the theater group as they had also decided to participate in "adventure diversity " . "I have made both parallel and could very well combine " , Jula said. What they learned from "adventures diversity " , she sat at the same the rehearsals in the theater to AG and later in a primary school.
A graduate of the training project Jula Between April and July this year their first experiences as a youth companion to the Hall Primary School on Long made ditch. So it has its' premiere " as a youth companion behind them and successfully overcome. Now it comes to acting.
The "adventure diversity " -training, they learned important for their work with elementary school children, their performances on stage but also for himself, "come out of me and trust me more " .
