The new adventure diversity group improvised a scene do with 13 young people in the six-month training as a youth attendant.

The success of the pilot phase of the cross-cultural training to the youth crew last year encouraged the institution of the unique theater project to continue.
The International Women's Circle Schwäbisch Hall (IFK) in cooperation with the open-air theater Schwäbisch Hall, the Little Theatre Hall Association and the Adult Education Schwäbisch Hall (VHS) have at the 2nd Regional funding initiative from pact zukunf t the project adventure diversity designed for it in January 2009 and receive financial recognition award. The project combines the promotion of intercultural competence and recognition of diversity by the possibilities of theater education with the education of young people on youth crew.
Dr. Ruth Steinke explains the aims of the project: "We want to attract the interest of young people in theater to promote social commitment to support the instruction of primary school children and this combined with the promotion of intercultural competence . "
" We find it important social skills and independence to encourage the young people and children. The development of creative skills and the sensitized deal with cultural and social diversity stand for our attention. The pilot phase of the project was made possible by the recognition rate of Pact future . The International Women's groups supported the project with a lot of volunteer work and also with the financial participation. To continue to offer free participation in this project are looking for four partners like-minded supporters. The Service Club, Round Table 101 Schwäbisch Hall, has pledged his support quickly.
